TRUEVIEW 2020 WILL NOT BATCH PLOT
I am able to batch plot a folder of drawings from AutoCAD mechanical 2020 no problems.
Same drawings, same set up I get this error in TrueView
ERROR: Page setup properties error. The page setup may be corrupted.
Confirmed on multiple computers at our office.
Any ideas?

It appears DTV2020 simply cannot handle your C3D pagesetups: does this happen with ALL files, especially in files where you create a pagesetup from scratch just for testing purposes?

DWG TrueView 2019 App v Packaging Error
Hello Forum,
I am trying to Package DWG TrueView 2019 with App v 5 to use this as an Ivanti Application. The creation of the package was successfull, but when i try to open the application on a Ivanti Session the application won't start.
I have checked the server of the testuser and got the event that is attached to the post.
Do any of you have had the same issue?
Is this a problem in the package itself?

pdf file larger than original
I have used TrueView for years to create a pdf of a .dwg file from pCon planner with great success and it always reduce the file size which makes it great to email
For some reason the last two I have attempted have created a pdf OK but the file size is absolutely massive -
The first one was 6MB .dwg converting to 23MB of a pdf
and today a very large drawing of 45MB .dwg converted to over 500mb pdf so i did it again and it changed to 770MB !
Please help or I wont be able to use this function again

maybe you need to go back to "pCon planner" and find out what has changed today with those DWG files: also double-check your PDF driver settings for something that may have gotten turned on or changed that you no longer need, ad your PLOT parameters in DTV.

Autodesk to offer FREE repair for Autocad DWG files
Many 3rd party companies offer repair services for DWG files .
My architect sent me an autocad DWG files which I cant load to the Autocal online DWG viewer .
I found no free way to fix these corrupt files (they work fine for her on autocad) .
It is too bad Autodesk do not offer this service as it is complementary to the autocad DWG viewer onlione which is very good - but I cant use it .
I cant spend 10$ on 3rd party repair service .
Pls add this .

No one here is Autodesk: we are all end users just like you.
If the files are fine at the sender's location but not at yours, their method of file delivery or your file retrieval/storage method is likely the culprit. There is nothing anyone else can fix for you, paid or free, by Autodesk or anyone else. Reality 101.
Tangible things to try that work for most of us 99.9% of the time with the same problems:
- Ask the file creator to RECOVER their files (starting with any XREFs) then use AECTOACAD command to create "clean files" for you.
- You both change the file delivery methods: other than email, try DropBox/OneDrive/GoogleDrive or a physical thumbdrive delivery.
If the files are fine at the sender's location but not at yours, their method of file delivery or your file retrieval/storage method is likely the culprit. There is nothing anyone else can fix for you, paid or free, by Autodesk or anyone else. Reality 101.

I continued with preparing the drawings. Then came the challenge of adding text to the dimensions.
The routine that I used previously no longer seems to work 😞
I have pruned it to just one example, which I have also pruned.
This is simply ao the previous .DXF file that does all the lines. I simply knocked off the
