"not supported" means no one at Autodesk or Microsoft will ever help you figure out the problem.
" it work perfectly until a few weeks ago" sadly is irrelevant: it was probably a server update or something similar, you feel lucky and brave enough to uninstall ServerOS updates? probably not, and why it's never a good idea to run desktop apps on a server, especially old ones.
