You all are running WinServer OS for desktop PCs? Or thin-clients? Not sure thin-clients are supported with the free viewer 2014 versions.
Since you have a base of users with identical setups, you should be able to diagnose the differences between the one user and all the others and remove all mismatched updates, patches, drivers etc.
Post back when you've discovered the differences but still need help identifying them.
