For the last several years I've used Orca to modify the Property Tables to add a few extra paths to the install, highlighted below. As example, I add a ";c:\acad\PlotStyles". I have had some experience with transform files, but limited. What software, if any do you use to create transform files and could you give me some tips on how you have created the transform file.
