@david_torrec That's not a feature of the free viewer AFAIK, never has been: so it's not really a "problem".
All you can do with this free viewer is measure, print, change views and layer settings, jump between tabs etc. Literally all you see in the Ribbon up top and in the Bid Red D pulldown menu. Anything else requires you to use a different CAD Editor program.
