Printing and line weights

I am using DWG TrueView 2015 to print dwg files from an older version of AutoCAD LT. It works pretty well with the exception of dimensions and notes (created with a leader from the dimension utility). These items print very light. I have tried manipulating the text within the dimension set up. I have tried manipulating the text within TrueView's layer control. Nothing seems to have an effect.

Any advise would be appreciated!
