TrueView 2017 in Citrix on Windows Server 2012 R2?

I've been having problems getting TrueView working properly in our Citrix XenApp environment (Windows Server 2012 R2), and I'm beginning to think it's a losing battle.

I had initially been using TrueView 2015 and just tried TrueView 2017 to see if anything would be different, but I'm having the same issue. This is the scenario:

- TrueView 2017 is installed on a server by an admin.  It does not matter if the Citrix server is in Terminal Services Installation mode (change user /install) or not.

- The first person who launches TrueView will have the path to their configuration file (C:\users\username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2017 - English\R15\enu\support\dwgviewer) written to the registry.  For this example we'll say that it was me and my username was JoeGrover.

- Any subsequent user on that server who tries to launch TrueView then gets the following error:

Customization file load failed.  File not found:
C:\users\JoeGrover\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\DWG TrueView 2017 - English\R15\enu\support\dwgviewer

If I go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk and delete the DWG TrueView key, another user (we'll say BobSmith) can then launch the program without incident, however the next person after *that* will get the same error as above, only this time with BobSmith's profile listed.

Typically I'd imagine this was because the Citrix Server was not in Install mode, however I've tried it with Install mode active when launching Trueview for the first time, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.  I'm just thinking that maybe this software isn't going to work on a multi-user system like this.

Has anyone had success with this?  I'm open to suggestions--even if that means finding another program to view DWG files.  Thanks.
