DWG TrueView 2013 - Convert DWG to older formats with AEC Object Exploded

Hi everyone,

I have an issue trying to convert a file of Autocad Civil 3D to an older version. The client sent me a newest version but I have Autocad Civil 3D 2013 instaled in my computer.

I try use DWG TrueViewer to convert it to a version of 2013, but some reason it doesn't work. 

The DWG TrueViewer it only work for autocad files or there's any way to convert a civil files?
