These files are still installed, but only for the user which installs originally DWG TrueView 2024. If you use TrueView with different users on a pc you have to copy the user files yourself. regards...

What version .DWG are they? I have a version 12 DWG (AC1009) and it opens fine in AutoCAD 2024. Perhaps the DWG file is just corrupt.

Thanks, I was moving some old archived files from CD's to a portable hard drive and one of the CD's must have been corrupted. I tried some other files they opened just fine.
