If your DWG file was drawn at 1:1 scale, and what you want to plot at 1:1 scale fits on an A4 sheet, then yes.

In the plot dialog at Plot area - What to plot use "Window". Then pick "A4" parts of your drawing. Use a little bit "negative offset" (to overlap regions) so you can stick the A4 sheets together....
