Dwg error message
Have downloaded trueview software and tried to open an ACAD dwg file to view the drawing, but get an error message stating cannot find the specified drawing file, but the dwg is clearly shown in my folder. Any ideas?

Autodesk Viewer - invalid DXF-file
Hi,
I am trying to debug a DXF file produced by CADintosh X (a Mac CAD application) and I am in contact with the developer. It produces an error message in Autodesk Viewer. I have a Mac and there was no forum for Autodesk Viewer, so I post to this forum. This is the error message:
Processing failed
Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.
AutoCAD-InvalidFile Sorry, the drawing file is invalid and cannot be viewed. - Please try to recover the file in AutoCAD, and upload it again to view.
TranslationWorker-InternalFailure Unrecoverable exit code from extractor: -1073741831
I have stripped all actual drawing content from the file before exporting to DXF. Still it reports an error. The error message above does not indicate at which line the error occurs, so I ask you. Can you help?
Attaching the DXF to this forum message produced this error:
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.
- The attachment's x9.dxf content type (application/x-dxf) does not match its file extension and has been removed.
See attached zip-file with the invalid dxf.

This forum is for a specific Windows based program called DWGTRUEVIEW https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/dwg-trueview/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-download-DWG-TrueView.html
The free online Autodesk viewer service has no support presence on these forums, you are stuck using the HELP icon on that page.
Do you have AutoCAD for MAC of this Windows-based viewer installed? The only error message I get in AutoCAD are unsupported text entities from a MAC before failing to load.

This NLS-error can possibly be the problem.
I found this entry in the dxf as indicated in the knowledgebase-article:
I guess that is the "unsupported text entries from the MAC" you reported.
I changed the entry in the DXF as follows:
Replacing "mac" with "ANSI_1252" as suggested as a legal value in the Knowledgebase article.
But it did not help. Result when uploading the file:

I don't have any AutoCAD products installed on my computer(s). That is why I used the online Autodesk Viewer.

Question mark on cursor while measuring the distance, area, radius
The Cursor has a question mark.
While measuring the distance the parameters such as distance or area should display. But in my case, it shows the only question. The details can be extracted by pressing F2. But I want the information in place of a question mark,
Any suggestion will help.

Cannot open DWG file when trying to convert
Dear Autodesk community,
I'm trying to convert some 2021(?)DWG files to 2010 versions.
When opening the "DWG convert" tool in Trueview and browsing to the file location the files simply don't appear.
Yet I am able to open them for viewing in Trueview but they don't appear in the folder when browsing to them in the Convert tool. "This folder is empty"
I don't understand what the problem could be. I've attached one of the files i'm trying to convert.
