I think I solved my problem.
With DWG TrueView already installed I opened Command Prompt and wrote this line
SUBST d: %temp%
Then I launched the application. Note that I'm logged in Windows with Normal User [non-Administrative rights].
The installer complete all installation checks for this user and the application launched.
I closed DWGTV, deleted virtual drive with this command in Command Prompt
SUBST d: /D
and launched DWGTV again without problems/errors.
