Crash DWG TrueView 2021

Hello everybodyDWG TrueView 2021 crashes completely without any error message after selecting the Open dialog. So I cannot open any file.But the dwg files are OK and can be opened on other computers...

If I may ask, why do you need DWGTRUEVIEW2021 if you already have AutoCAD2019 on your computer?
