The drawing in question opens correctly in 2019 Trueview if Inventor is installed on the same PC.
The same drawing was revised, and did open correctly on 2019 Trueview where is did not before.
We are going to monitor if this was a one time issue. If it occurs again we'll revert back to the 2018 version.
I've tried to install dwg viewer on a Virtual Box Oracle with Windows 7 64-bit as Operating System but without success.
I've received the following message:
".NET 4.5 is not installed. DWG TrueView 2015 - English cannot be installed without this component. See your system administrator for more information."
I've verified from Control Panel and I've seen that the above said component (.NET 4.5) is installed.
What can I do?

I've read your problem with a lot of interest, and I am very passionate at solving such problems. In my opinion you have only very little options to solve the aforementioned issue:
1. reinstall windows 7 64bit service pack 1
2. reinstall .NET 4.5 framework or repair
3. reinstall VMWare tools
4. try to install DWG TrueView 2015 - Spanish or DWG TrueView 2017 - Spanish
5. After that you can finalize the Windows 7 64bit installation

I've attached a .dwg with an isometric view that I can't view in TrueView.
I was able to verify Advance Steel Object Enabler is installed by attempting to reinstall the tool and it would not let me proceed (it said it was already installed).
Our engineering dept is confident this object was created in Advance Steel, and they can see the advance steel properties beneath the object.

I can see the content in the layout in the file in DTV2019 with the AS Object Enabler installed.
Ok, thanks for checking. I can only think of a few options for why this is not working:
After a few attempts, I was able to get it to work on my personal computer. I am going to try and recreate the successful installation on another computer, and shall provide an update with the steps taken (in case others encounter this issue).

Ok, I've tested this on three machines. I'll add some detail for others' benefit.
At this point, I have not encountered any installation errors, but if I try viewing a drawing with advance steel objects, they won't show up.
That should have fixed it. If it is still not displaying properly, I would also try running the update and/or repair features for DWG Trueview. They can be accessed by starting the uninstall process for Trueview.
It's somewhat annoying that I spent so much time on what turned out to be a simple fix, but at least it works now.

I am developing an application using to extract data from Autocad P&ID and I need to make a dwg preview inside windows form. I am using DWG Trueview 2018, Visual Studio 2017 and Window 10, 64bits. I have added preview control by adding dwgviewracctrl.dll to toolbox and windows form, but, the problem is the size of loaded dwg inside the control box. As you can see in attached screen shot, loaded dwg can not be fitted in control box and there is some white spaces around the dwg without any trueview controllers (like Zoom and ...). Can you help me to remove this issue?

When checking with "ProcessMonitor", an error appeared because "Qt5Sql_Ad_5.dll" was not enough.
I copied "Qt5Sql_Ad_5.dll" from the installation folder of AutoCAD LT 2019 and no longer got the error.

I've downloaded DWG TrueView 2019. When I try to install, the installer just sits there and then disappears. The log error message says "Failed to Verify signature.". This is on a 64-bit, Windows 7 PC, connected to a domain, with no internet access. The install file is copied to my local drive via USB.
Using the same install file, I have successfully installed it on a Windows 10 64-bit PC, with internet access, not attached to a domain.

I made a package of DWGTrueView 2019 in SCCM . I can deploy this package without any problem.
The problem appears when i want to put this package in a task sequence wich is installing Windows 1803 and other applications. Only DWG can't be installed . Does any one already have this kind of problem?

we are running true view 2019 on a citrix 2012 server. when users go to plot, they get hit with an error about an HP 1300 PCL 5.pc3 file that's missing.. I don't know how to default it to anything else.
they get this error
"This plotter configuration cannot be used for one of these reasons: the driver cannot be found, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem. The none plot device has been substituted."
is there a way to default the printer to something specific? im trying to default as much as possible.
that's what I thought. previously they used the OLD voloview program. unfortunately that program no longer functions on server 2012, which is where my citrix environment sits. I had to switch to trueview to give them the ability to view the files. it was not until we got that installed we were faced with this issue. the only way I got around the error was to make an HP 1300 printer on the server, so the driver was there. they still have to pull down the previous plot layout so it will print to an actual printer. in voloview, they just clicked print and boom.. printed zero prompts.
